BCDR-AAA’s CEO Speaks at Florida Conference on Examining and Handling Corruption Instances in International Arbitration

Professor Nassib G. Ziadé, Chief Executive Officer of the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR-AAA), took part in a panel discussion on “Examining Instances of Corruption and How to Handle them in International Arbitration” at iLaw2017, the Global Forum on International Law organized by the International Law Section of the Florida Bar. The conference took place in Miami on 17 February 2017.

The panel discussion on corruption in international arbitration was part of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) Arbitration Track at the event. Moderated by Sandra Friedrich, Director of the LL.M. Graduate Program in International Arbitration at the University of Miami School of Law, the panel included Carolyn B. Lamm, Partner at White & Case, Washington, D.C.; Ryan Reetz, Managing Partner at Bryan Cave, Miami; Luke Sobota, Partner at Three Crowns, Washington, D.C.; and Joe Tirado, Partner at Garrigues, London; as well as BCDR-AAA’s CEO Nassib G. Ziadé.
