Training

As part of the BCDR-AAA's initiative to expand and develop the Alternative Dispute Resolution industry in Bahrain and the region, a comprehensive training programme - aimed at all levels of expertise and experience - has been designed in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIAbr), the world's leading professional body for promoting the settlement of disputes by arbitration, mediation and other private dispute resolution methods.

CIArb courses, offered through the BCDR-AAA, provide not only the highest level of training by renowned professionals in the field of ADR, and internationally recognised chartered professors on the CIArb's Approved Faculty list, but are also unique in being the first and only courses designed and conducted in the Arabic Language.

The BCDR-AAA's courses are offered to those with both legal and non-legal training who wish to advance their knowledge, awareness and practice of alternative dispute resolution services. Each course carries with it the professional recognition of a CIArb membership qualification, in line with the level of course attended.

In its mission to boost ADR services locally, regionally and internationally, the BCDR-AAA consistently works to provide and create additional training programmes aimed at enhancing and progressing the legal sector.
