The Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR-AAA) is pleased to announce that its Arabic translation of ICCA's Guide to the Interpretation of the 1958 New York Convention is now available. The Arabic translation can be downloaded here.
A draft translation of the Guide was previously distributed to Arab judges who attended the ICCA dialogue on the New York Convention organized in Manama in cooperation with the BCDR-AAA from 3 to 5 May 2014.
