The BCDR International Arbitration Review is an international law journal that seeks to further an important component of the BCDR-AAA's mandate by disseminating knowledge on, and increasing understanding of, the law and procedure of international dispute settlement.
Published biannually and featuring content in both Arabic and English, the Review consists of articles, case summaries and important documents. Each issue endeavors to focus on a timely theme or topic that is particularly relevant to the Arab Region.
The BCDR International Arbitration Review will help both international arbitration practitioners and academics to identify and better understand trends, developments and procedural issues relating to arbitration in the Arab world or as seen from an Arab perspective.
The Review is intended to increase awareness of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and arbitration in the Arab world, and to provide the outside world with a perspective on related developments occurring in the region. In addition, it provides a forum for practitioners and academics interested in the Arab world to comment on international arbitration in general.
